New Baroness Song: “Eula”

I’ve heard many complaints from fans about the direction Baroness has taken on their brand new album Yellow & Green. I can now officially say that none of us have anything to worry about. “Eula” has everything faithful listeners have come to expect from the band. Sure it’s not literally as heavy as their past music, but it’s still pretty damn heavy. The song is more gentle, more mature, but still sludgy and groove-oriented like everything else they’ve ever done. Listen to it, revel in its beauty and all of its subtle nuances. The album is sure to be one of the best, if not the best, of the year. It drops on July 17th on Relapse Records. “Eula” is streaming now over at Spin.
