World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria Release Date

It was announced yesterday that Mists of Pandaria, the fourth expansion for World of Warcraft, will have a release date of Tuesday, September 25th. The expansion will be listed at $39.99 for both PC and Mac, and along with being available through Blizzard’s online store, will also feature a boxed edition and a Collector’s Edition.

For $79.99, the Mists of Pandaria Collector’s Edition will contain a game disc, a behind-the-scenes DVD and Blu-ray, the game’s soundtract, and a 208-page art book. There will be a range of digital/in-game goodies as well, including an Imperial Quilen flying mount, StarCraft 2 Battle.net portraits, and Diablo III Sigil and Accents.

Having received positive feedback from the beta testing, Mists of Pandaria has been dubbed the biggest World of Warcraft expansion yet in terms of new content to the game. Look for mAltIntel’s coverage of the expansion as its September 25th release date nears.
