Hobbit 2 and 3 Titles and Release Dates Revealed

Warner Brothers has officially announced both the names and release dates of the second and third installments of Peter Jackson’s Hobbit trilogy. The second film, titled The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, will be released on December 13th, 2013, while the third film, The Hobbit: There and Back Again, will be released to theaters July 18th, 2014. These dates are subject to change of course, should any delays in pre or post-production occur, but we will make sure to keep you up to date on all major news of these films.  The first installment, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be released to theaters this year on December 14th.
